Love love this place! Staff are out of this world.. See Ernesto Fuentes (the best salesman.. Not pushy and dependable...) Their stock is large and they will work with you! And maintenance  representative COREY  (DREADS) IS AMAZING...Very CONSIDERATE  of my limited time and kept me inform on the progress  of my repairs! Because  of him and Ernesto.. I will ONLY  get all my maintenance  and repairs only done at HYUNDAI OF DAVIE!

Do NOT come here! Read the reviews! Rick Case is a criminal and hires only criminals! When you come here an illegal immigrant in the parking lot will be asking you for your phone number address and email address before you even walk into the building. They make you feel like you must disclose all your confidential information to be on their property then they sell that information to telemarketing and identity thief they rings. When I asked about the advertised price he told me the cars they advertise online DONT EXIST and are only to get you to come to the location! Like walking into a Cuban frat house selling cheap Korean cars! They do not care if you do not buy because they are only interested in dumb people who they can rip off. I spent almost an hour trying to find out from the sales rep the price of a car he refused to give me a price and kept asking me what color I wanted and if I want to Test drive. After an hour he told me $20,000 for a car that is listed on their website for $12,000.

This was my first time at Rick Case Hyundai and I have to say, David Berrios was an excellent advisor. Not only did he help me with the service needed for my car, but he was able to make the experience (which we all know is usually mundane and a bit of a drag) to be a positive and speedy process. I will definitely be coming back for future services needed on my car.

Salesman Luis Gonzales and Jake  were great. Paul sales manager was also great. Good personal service and follow up calls.
