Dane is the Man to see at Rick Case VW. I have been there no less than 7 times - he sold with his Ears !! He listened to me as the "customer". He was pleasant. Focused. Great at a belief in the Product he is representing; and that I bought. Go see Dane Francis - you wont be disappointed

Great place, great people! I am super happy I decided to go there and buy my car. I got a great deal and they were extremely nice and professionals. Alexander Herrera was very nice and knowledgeable, he helped me choose the best car for me and kept in touch making sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this place and when you go ask for Alexander Herrera you won't regret it!

I wanted to share my fantastic experience with Frank Elie and the whole team at Rick Case Volkswagen. After experiencing the normal run around from a few other dealers, the customer service I experienced here went above and beyond. I am beyond impressed with Frank and his professional attention to detail. He did not try to push any car on me that did not fit my parameters and worked diligently to make sure I was happy! I only had to test drive 2 and fell in love with my 2015 Escape. Steven in finance made sure all the numbers looked good and I was driving off the lot in no time! The only thing that makes me sad is that I live too far to take advantage of their Rick Case Rewards program... Free carwashes, discount gas and so much more!! If you are looking for a new car check out Rick Case Volkswagen, you will not be disappointed!!

Pedro Martinez was our salesman and David Wood handled the financials. They were both amazing. With great customer service. No hassle buying. Great customer service experience. They did exactly what they said they would do. Highly recommend Rick Case Volkswagen.

Walked into the dealer and was warmly greeted by Moises Abadi. He was amazing. He didn't treat us as customers but as friends and made the car buying experience hassle free and enjoyable. Moises was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout and I walked out a very happy customer with my new car thanks to him. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family! A+ service
