I must say my car shopping experience at Rick Case Alpha Romeo was quite different than any other auto dealership I have visited. My sales consultant, Luis Rivera was excellent!!
No pressure, no haggling!! If you were unsure or stuck on a certain detail, he would stop, be patient and explain it from a different angle to enable you to make an intelligent decision.
Hats off also to Tiffany and Miguel!!
I absolutely LOVE my Alpha Romeo Giulia!!!

Worst customer service at Rick Case Maserati! Service shop, forget it!  Appointments are never able to be gotten!  Buying a car is like dealing with morons who promise you anything you want and never deliver.  I don't understand how these guys stay in business!  Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.  NEVER AGAIN!

I took the car to change a light, it has been 3 days, no rental car was provided, ignored calls, and unresponsive representatives.
This has been by far one of worst customer service I have expereinced, One would expect a better service from Masserati, This was absolutely awful.

Great  customer service 
They get your car done but it takes a little longer than usual so make sure you have nothing planned or you don't have any plans.

Literally the worst. Ongoing poor customer service. My husband's maserati (which is new) keeps going back over and over for work that is not done correctly in the first place. Think you're gonna get a courtesy call? Keep dreaming, you have to chase after these people to find out what's going on with your car. 
If you need a maserati go to another delearship. This one is a lost cause.
