The Service Department, particularly Mr. Luis Gonzalez, aim for customer satisfaction and go the “extra mile “ to achieve a personalized caring, honest , and professional service. I compared the 3 dealerships in my area ( SW Kendall ) and although Weston was the farthest away I was impressed by the salesman Vinnie Cubito. I felt it was the first time I dealt with an honest salesperson.

Very disappointed with their service department. This is my first time ever leasing a car and went today to service my car for the 2nd time. I called twice to schedule the appointment and was told by the receptionist on both occasions that the service department was on the phone and they would call me back. Never received a call back. I made the appointment online and saw that there was a charge but figured I would deal with it when I arrived to the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I spoke with the gentleman at service named Joe. I had my 7 month old daughter with me in her car seat and was told I had to wait 1 1/2 for the service. For those who have small children, you know that sitting and waiting is not a pleasant situation. When I asked for a loaner, I was told very curtly that this needed to be arranged weeks in advance. I know that this is not so because when I went for my first service, 5 months pregnant, I was offered a car for the remainder of the day. In fact, I came back earlier and my car was still being serviced. That first service was definitely not an hour and half job. 

I was quickly dismissed by the service tech with no regard of the inconvenience of having to load my daughter in her car seat around. I also expressed that my key was not working and the tire pressure was low. His response was "Deal with it when you return to service your car" and walked away to deal with another customer who happened to have a more expensive Volvo. As I left, I called the general sales manager named Guillermo and expressed my concerns. He said he'd research the situation and call me back. I'm still waiting for that phone call. 

I am honestly upset at the disregard the sales "professionals "had for someone who made an appointment and could not be taken care of. When one leases, these perks are expected. Unfortunately, I did not receive this and recommend that you go to another Volvo dealership for assistance. Fantastic product, but the service department shows no customer service.

Thank you Gregorio Bellini!  Outstanding service! My experience was great with You and VOLVO Weston's Team. I'm so glad with my first and new car in USA. I strongly recommend Weston Volvo and specially Gregorio support.
