Marks Jewelers is the BEST! They have the most GORGEOUS  rings and jewelry. My wedding ring is from Marks and after 14 years I’m still getting compliments on it because of its elegant and timeless design. Over the years we’ve gone in with jewelry repairs etc and they always do an excellent job. Great customer service too. The best in Lawrence.

I was treated like I had the Hope diamond. The kindness shown by your staff was so appreciated even with my two rambunctious boys! Jaclyn was so warm and engaging even when I slid into the store five minutes before they were closing. 
What meant the most to me was that I was treated so well in sweatshirt and sweatpants. I was treated the same as the gentleman wearing dress pants and a very nice suite jacket and tie. That is what made all of the difference. That is why I will recommend your jewelry store to all of my friends and family. Thank you for inquiring about my experience. That makes me feel very important like my opinion means a lot.

Went in to fix a very old ring of mine with a cracked band. Staff was knowledgeable, kind, and gave me great personalized recommendations. I ended up stacking the ring between two other bands to ensure stability and strength in the future. Turnaround was very quick, cost was incredibly reasonable and I got my ring back in probably the best shape it has been in since it was bought.

Exceptional personalized service. The staff really made sure they understood what was needed and asked for and focused on that and not trying to just make a sale. Great customer service and follow up. In house work and storage a great source of security and comfort, especially when dealing with family heirlooms.

Courteous & professional with a smile describes my experience recently. Had a repair & cleaning. Neither on the phone or in person I felt no heavy sighs or rolling eyes. 
Mark's Jewelers has taken good care of my purchases & repairs for many many years. 
The people working there make all the difference in the world.
