Coffee is great, they pull great shots. Baristas are hit and miss when it comes to service. Some make you feel like you're an inconvenience, kinda makes it awkward to order. Coffee is good though and seating is great!

Disappointing, and just average even when it was closer to right.  Went here several days in a row while visiting town and it was never great, and was consistently inconsistent. I don’t care how good your roasters are, if you aren’t training your baristas to put out consistent product then folks might as well head to Starbucks.  I am pretty critical about my espresso and have my coffee at Verve or Cat and Cloud every morning when home, so I know consistency can be done.

Ristretto Roasters are one of the better coffee roasters in the city.  They usually have done of my favorite coffee around.  That being said, done of the locations I've been to have had some consistency issues, but it shouldn't be held against them.  They still have really good coffee, by and large.
