If I could give it less than 1 star,  I would.  My latest issue with Rite Aid.  Both of my children are asthmatic and ended up with severe bronchiolotis.  The Dr somehow sent their prescriptions to 2 separate rite aids. I picked up one and that's when I found out, they were closing in 15 min and the pharmacist at the other rite aid refused to get it transferred over.  I called my dad who lives 5 minutes away from this rite aid and he was going to run over and grab it real quick.  I called this rite aid and told them he was coming but he might be there like 1 or 2 min late. She told me they were almost done closing and she couldn't do anything.  It was 4 minutes before they were supposed to close,  her reply was 'our clock is 5 minutes fast, and that's the clock we go off of'.  So my son ended up in the ER, because his breathing got so bad he was turning purple.  All because this woman decided to close early. Even though while I was in the phone with her my dad was sitting in the drive up window.

Drive thru wait times are longer then 15 minutes , which defeats the purpose of a drive thru. And every time I call I'm put on hold, plus the cashier's are unfriendly and take there sweet time to even acknowledge your waiting to pay for your stuff. So I moved my prescriptions to Walgreens been happier ever since :)
