I am an educator with the school system in Augusta, Ga. On Jan. 8, 2018,  before having to order on line, I called this particular store to  ask if they had some items in stock that I was looking for. They stated that they did have the items . Instead of ordering on line I went into the store and they did not have the items there.
While at the store my 9 year old son picked out candy to purchase. I was with him and also with him as he paid. On the way out of the store we were stopped by a worker and she was questioning my child, not me as the parent,  where was the candy he had gotten ,in other words she was accusing him of stealing candy in which I know was not true and not the character of my child to do.  I took off his coat and asked her to search him if she did not believe us. It was very hurtful to him and myself being questioned like that.

Great store! You can find just about anything you will need for events here!! I feel the pricing  is a little higher and over-priced  on certain items and can be a lil more affordable. Other than that great customer service here!!!

The cashier was horrible. We purchased a lot of stuff and she was not eager to ring the transaction. Don't know why she didn't just go home! But the store is terrific! It's good to be able to get everything in one place!
Just get rid of the NOT wanting to work cashier!

I walked into their store at a few minutes after 9:00 this morning and didn't leave until damn near 10:00!!! It took that long to get my balloons blown up. Like come on now, I could have went behind the counter and did it myself!!! There were three employees and even the manager blowing up balloons. If the employees would have stopped talking to each other, I would have been in and out. Would much rather spend the money to buy my own helium tank and do it all myself!!! Won't be back!

Clerks were very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable of where everything in the store was.  A very good trip and stress free.
