If I could give a lower score, I would. My husband and I went to the Verizon store (Robert C Daniel Parkway) yesterday to purchase a new phone for him. Our CS Rep/Sales Rep Diamond was rude from the beginning. She acted as if she had better things to do than help us purchase a new phone. My husband had been researching iPhones and wanted something similar to his current phone (iPhone 4 - poor guy needed a new phone) in the iPhone SE with 32 GB memory. We asked about purchasing the phone out right because my husband gets a discount from his company, but Diamond told us that we couldn't purchase it out right. She explained that was not an option with Verizon, but that we had to purchase the phone on a payment plan and could pay it off after 30-days. Then, we decided to go ahead and get the phone because his phone was not working properly. Diamond brought us an iPhone SE 128 GB that was $100 more than the phone we were willing to purchase. She proceeded to tell us that we could purchase the phone with a 20% down payment and a $30 activation fee with monthly payments for a phone that we wanted to purchase outright to start. My husband asked about the 32 GB phone, but she told us that they didn't have that phone and we had to order it. My husband was upgrading from an iPhone 4 with 4 GB of memory. What did he need a phone for that had 128 GB of memory? At this point, we decide to go to the Apple store and purchase the phone that we wanted at the price that we wanted to pay. After purchasing this phone at the Apple Store where the guy was super nice and willing to help us, we went to the Verizon store in Costco to get it activated. I have to say that Diamond is the worst sales rep and even worse customer service rep that I have ever dealt with in the retail business. I am in the customer service business, and if I had treated a client/customer the way that she treated us, I would be fired. I will be calling the store location (Robert C Daniel Parkway) to complain as well. Do not go to this store. If you want amazing customer service, go to the Verizon store in Costco or the Apple Store!! Thanks for reading my review:)

If I could’ve given them less I would have. I went in the store because I am having problems with my phone making out calls. The sales rep did some things to it and then said we would need to order me a new phone. He took all my information and said my phone would be delivered to my house in three days tops. I finally called Verizon from another phone after four days of no phone. The technical support looked up the order and said they did not see an order that the sales rep at this location did not even put in my order. Now that is sorry! I’ve been almost a week without being able to make calls and if something bad was to happen and I needed to call someone in an emergency I will not be able to because of this mans sorry work ethic.

I went into this location n was greeted at the door by Jason. He solved my problem right away. I was in n out less than 10 mins. Thank u Jason
