I love that we are conveniently located near the interstates which helps for my daily commute to work. The staff, from leasing agents to maintenance workers, always go out of their way to open doors and lend a helping hand. It is a quite place with retirees, families with small children, armed service members and young professionals but we feel like one big family. The amenities are as promised. The movie theatre with recliners, on-site security and secured parking garage are a plus. Honestly, I would refer a co-worker, friend or family members who are looking for a place to call home.

I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and so far I really like living here! The Staff is great and very helpful when I have requests or questions. I love the view from my windows and balcony, makes me smile everytime I look outside even on the days that's cold. The apartment is very quiet and the wait for the elevator is a very quick, no longer than a few minutes. I love that I can park my car in a covered garage and the building has 24-7 security. I feel very safe living here and would recommend to others. The lobby makes me feel like I'm at a hotel, like I'm on vacation everyday living here!!!

I love it. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and plus they only charge 25 a month so I keep my beautiful dog. The 200 pet deposit was a little spendy, but they waived it in my case, since my mother downstairs had already payed for her, and I was just taking over ownership of Rachel. Love the pool, and the events that are here. But I was sad to see Cynthia go, but the new lady, Antonia I think it is, is a great replacement. All in all, I would recommend to all. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to find a girlfriend around here. I'm not even picky either

Moved in about 2 weeks ago, I love the spacious apartment and the view of the water and city. Very pleased with how clean my apartment was prior to move in! Everybody in the building seems to be nice. I like being able to park my vehicle in secured parking. I don't have any complaints thus far, only complaint would be the alarm going off twice since I moved in stating there was a fire? Other than that I couldn't be happier!

I could recite the obvious reasons that River Park Towers is a great place to call home because the amenities are as promised. But honestly it's the small things that make the difference. The staff, from leasing agents to maintenance workers, always go out of their way to open doors and lend a helping hand. The monthly socials give residents the opportunity to learn more about each other. Honestly, after your first month you will want to refer a friend.
