I'd give them a zero if possible! Worst experience ever!  I read so many positive reviews and was expecting a great experience ! Not only did they illegally draw blood and use it for tests I had specifically opted out of they also failed to perform the tests for which the blood was drawn ! To make  matters worse .  It took several weeks after the results should have been in   For the staff to even identify the fact that the test had not even been run !  Imagine my surprise when they refused to refund  me the money for a compromised blood panel ! Also refused to refund me the money for the two test that where NEVER done ! They only offered to have me repeat them at there location after this and various other massive mistakes obviously I wouldn't trust them with anything including a blood draw !

Everyone that I had the pleasure of working with was absolutely amazing! We had great results with a very compassionate team. When we were released from there care it was a bittersweet day. I would recommend anyone needing any fertility help to use this practice

Each and every person at RMA is AMAZING! They are dedicated to each and every patient and extremely supportive through the entire process. I felt completely comfortable with each nurse and doctor and you feel so welcome as soon as you walk through the door and talk with the office staff. The entire staff answered all my questions and explained each instruction of my plan of care with full details and always ensured I felt calm with each cycle. Their support was unending and I can never thank them enough for all of their help.

Dr. Nyugen and her staff were absolutely amazing during the ENTIRE process. I have never felt so comfortable and at-ease when I was there during appts and procedures. She never gives false-hope, but her compassion to keep moving forward and taking things one step at a time is what I enjoyed. The best part overall, is besides routine Bloodwork, she is there for every ultrasound and procedure performed. I am happy to say I have a BEAUTIFUL 5 month of daughter, and I couldn't have done it without the help of Dr. Nyugen and her staff.

Absolutely would recommend RMA to anyone experiencing fertility issues! They work so hard to make you feel comfortable and help you figure out the right plan for your future family. We now have a beautiful daughter because of them. Endless gratitude!!
