I have been  going here for two and a half years. All my experiences have been positive. Appointments are timely very respectful and nice staff. Being on medical assistance I have not been treated differently from other patients.

Doctor was very helpful and delightful, overall terrible experience, and incompetent staff. It took over 6 months to get corrected diagnoses codes. Staff never called back after several calls, and office hours are minimal. I would not recommend

I came in a day early to turn in my new patient forms and get the forms to have my records faxed here from my old OB. The receptionist did not acknowledge me for 25 mins. She took two people checking out before coming to me. I asked her if they only have one on staff thinking they might be short handed today, she got very short with me and said she had to do both checkout and check in. No thank you, if this is the lady I have to speak with every time I come in, then I am not interested in coming back. I went in the hallway and made a new Appt immediately, with a live receptionist. I called this office to cancel, and had to go through an automated message. I cancelled. Gave her the clipboard back. Told her this was a mistake and walked away. If you want courteous, professional, or friendly people to see you, please look somewhere else.

Absolutely the the worst experience I've ever had.  I do not recommend going to the Mechanicsburg office. Doesn't even deserve one star.  Staff is very rude.  Zero customer service skills.  Midwife is extremely unskilled.  EVERYONE IS EXTREMELY IMPERSONAL!  Didn't even acknowledge i was standing at the window right in front of the receptionist for my first appointment for 5 minutes so I sat down and she called me up 5 minutes after that to ask what i was there for!  I was the only one in the waiting room no other customers the whole time.  NOT WHAT I HAD IN MIND FOR MY FIRST PRE NATAL VISIT FOR MY FIRST BABY!

Friendly receptionist, a little bit of a rude staff. Not really an ideal gyno but they get the job done.
