Liliana Henry was well informational about each and every item I sought and she introduced me to 6month layaway so that I can get the watch of my choice at the sell-price whether I decide to pay it off early or whether I pay over a period of six months. This way I get to be financially safe and keep my specific choice And sale price! It was a win-win for me!

First time buying in your store. I went in looking for a bracelet for my girlfriend. I looked at a few. I advised I had my price range but was not liking what I was looking at. Liliana pulled out this wonderful bracelet however it was a little out of my price range. She told me to hold on while she could see what she could do. She came back with a price that fit into my budget. This all took place in about 10 minutes. I will definitely come back to your store  with the customer service that was shown by your sales associate. Well done.

Great value! Great product! Knowledgeable sales associates. Liliana was absolutely wonderful and helping me select the perfect piece of jewelry. She even took the time to gift wrap it for me. Because of her exemplary customer service I will return to purchase again at Robert Irwin Jewelers.
