James and his staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful during the process of designing a custom engagement ring, which included multiple after-hours communications! My now fiance absolutely loved the ring and raved about how great everyone was when she had to get it re-sized (don't let the corner store jeweler do the sizing!). It was also very special to be displayed on their sign overlooking Poplar after we got engaged! I highly recommend James Gattas Jewelers for a truly personal and professional experience!

I was the recipient of a custom made ring by the brilliant jewelers at James Gattas Jewelers in August 2016. Each diamond was hand picked by their staff and the ring is everything that I could have dreamed of! I later purchased a ring from them and they were so helpful. I am in another state and heard about them trough some friends and I thought that it would be difficult due to distance, but it was anything but that. I sent them some pictures so they could get an idea of what I was looking for and they found the 'one'. I am so happy with the quality and efficiency   of service I received from James Gattas Jewelers. Thank you for being a part of my newest chapter!!

I worked with James Gattas Jewelers from out-of-state, based on the recommendation of a friend, and I couldn't have been happier with their service and ultimately, my purchase!
Each person I worked with gave me expert service:  I had a specific design for a ring in mind, and after sharing many photos back and forth, we decided to do a custom-designed ring.  I was informed during each step along the way, I was even on the phone when the center diamond was chosen.  The ring turned out BEAUTIFULLY.  
I would definitely recommend James Gattas and his staff to anyone- even if you're out-of-town!
