After more than 35 years in business, we’re grateful to still be able to serve our customers by providing quality craftsmanship and gorgeous jewelry.

Story

We’re in the business of restoring family heirlooms, creating one-of-a-kind engagement rings, and making genuine connections with everyone who walks through our doors. Our family opened the shop more than 35 years ago, and we still do a lot of work in-house and by hand today, from repairs to custom designs. Our longtime presence in the community and our commitment to our craft have never kept us from stocking modern pieces, though, and they never will. No matter what your budget is, all are welcome here, and everyone is treated like family.

I took some very treasured family diamonds to them to specifically have a ring made. I gave them a brief description of what I wanted and within a matter of moments and teamwork from their staff, they had the ring designed and on its way to being made. AND... when I received the ring less than one week later, it was EXACTLY what I wanted. They took the time to listen and managed to absolutely peg the design. I couldn't be happier with Michael and the staff that assisted me. The communication from them was outstanding and you can tell that they are ALL about customer service. I will definitely be back!!!

I read about how the jeweler at this shop is skilled with ring sizing. I took my engagement ring to reduce the size. The jewel used a ring sizer and told me what size my ring needs to be changed to. I shared my concern about the top spinning and asked several times if they were sure that this was my size and they said "yes". I ended up with a ring that was too big and spinning throughout the day. I retired to this shop the very next day to inform them that it was too big. The jeweler said that I was at fault and that I told them I was this size when they actually helped my pick the "right" size. I was given the option of paying $100 in total to fix my ring size problem.

They were very knowledgeable and nice. When I got my ring back it did look beautiful, also. One of my issues was that I believe they forgot to call me when my ring was ready and it took awhile to get it back. The other issue was that I was given a price it was going to be for the ring to be fixed and when I went to pick up the ring they had done some extra stuff to the ring a charged me for it. They did extra services that I did not approve or get a phone call about and then charged me for it. I expressed my concern and unhappiness about this and the girl told me "I guess she should have called you...sorry." They did not fix the situation or offer a solution, therefore, I will not be returning to this place because I feel I was taken advantage of.

I was in a engagement crunch after i didnt like the ring i had ordered. Ray within 48 hours had custom made a beautiful ring exactly how i wanted it and was so helpful and involved. We just went back and had our wedding bands made. There so helpful and cost friendly too. Highly recommended!

Mr. De Angelis is the best when it comes to jewelry and ring sizing. He has sized a number of rings for me and he has same day service. He also cleans the jewelry after sizing it. MY husband bought a ring from the pawn shop and took it to him.. He sized it and cleaned it up so good til we nearly didn't recognized it. MR. DE ANGELIS IS THE BEST JEWELER IN THE MEMPHIS AREA. D.
