I entered the store the evening of 3/6/2017. The Store Manager, Chris Thomas, greeted me upon entrance. I asked for prices on men's 14 Kt. and a .26 cwt band. Mr. Thomas showed both bands within a few moments. I asked about the the 14 kt. gold Rose arrangement, and was informed about that price momentarily too. Lastly, I asked about how I could receive the free diamond ring. At this moment, I hereby rate the store with a five star rating. The store appearance is clean, and the service is excellent. I plan to purchase some items soon. Additionally, I thank the store for honoring the free earring promotion. Best regards for a successful business. Thank you so much. Kathy Lynn Mathews Tyler.

Fantastic experience! We bought a ring for our daughter and the ladies were so kind. They helped me find a ring in my budget. I visited another Bartlett jewelry store and they laughed at my budget. I left and went to Robert Irwin and they were having a 50% off sale! They went above and beyond my expectations by showing me a variety of rings. We were blessed to find a ring under 140.00.

Jane Lackey was amazing!!! She listened to what i wanted and never pressured me into trying to buy something i didn't want. Will never go anywhere else. Thanks Jane
