The hotel staff was very friendly and informative of the hotel services and the surrounding area. Upon checking in they informed us of a managers reception that evening which pretty much was a full dinner for us. They also provided a full hot breakfast the next morning. The hotel is situated right across the river and had a beautiful view of the Mormon Temple. The room was basic in its furniture. Upon moving one of the beds just a little we found that more attention needs to be on cleanliness.

Great place to stay. Right next to Falls. The view is really amazing. Also their room is really neat and clean. The money we have for this place worth it. Also the breakfast is full of foods. Love this place. Really recommend it.

Stayed at the Rodeway inn in Idaho falls. There was a party upstairs above our room and people were throwing stuff off the second floor didn't get to sleep until between 1:30-2:00 am we called the front desk between 10:00-10:30 pm. Then we were awoken with no heat at 6:00 am when we called the front desk they told us to bad maintenance won't be in until 8:00 or 8:30. Never offered to us a different room and refused to refund because we paid with cash. They offered 10 percent off our next stay. They said that's the best they could do.

Very nice rooms, even though ours wasn't in the tower itself. I do wish there had been a small table or desk in the room like many hotels have. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great, big and a good temperature. The complimentary breakfast was the best thing about our stay here. It was served in a large lounge area in the parking lot and had plenty of seating. There were plenty of choices, all very good. You can even have an omelette made to order. It was great. I would definitely stay here again.

We love it here! Nice (though older) hotel. Great prices. Breakfast and dinner included! And you can't beat the location, with the falls right across the street and all kinds of restaurants around. Love the spa and pool access, too. This is our second time here, and I'm sure we'll he staying again.
