It was difficult to book through the app or online the night of for some reason. We called in our reservation and everything was smooth from there. The breakfast was satisfactory. The pool and hot tub were great other than the hot tub wasn't as hot as it could have been. It was a super modern and comfortable room! Would highly recommend any Marriott hotel!

Was in Idaho Falls to visit family. We normally stay at another Marriott property but decided to try the Springhill since it was only four months old. We were kindly greeted like we always are at a Marriott hotel. The staff were friendly. The lobby is open with windows to the outside which let you see the river and falls that it is right next to. The room we had was a double queen. It was narrow but didn't feel cramped. Decorated in a modern theme with had a mini- fridge and microwave and a separate area for sitting and a desk. Would be great for a family since the couch made into a bed, we didn't need that though but could sleep 6 in total comfortably. They offered a nice hot breakfast in a clean open area next to the lobby.

Friendly, helpful staff. My family of 6 (including four sons) all slept comfortably in the room with two queens and trundle couch. Adjoining rooms makes for convenient "reunions" is good for some people, not so good for those around them. Great location, right near "downtown" and Smitty's (best buttermilk pancakes on the planet).

I cannot emphasize how pleased I was with the room. It was immaculate with an excellent thoughtful layout. One of my pet peeves, getting wet while turning on the shower valve, wasn't present. Once again, great design. Fantastic small office workspace, and even a small kitchen area. For the first time in many years I am pleased with my hotel room.

This hotel is magnificent! My family loved it. The staff was very professional and helpful. Check in was easy and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back.
