Rolland's Jewelers is a fantastic place to by jewelry at a competitive price point from EXPERTS in the business. These guys know their stuff, and their product is amazing. Prior to going to Rolland's, we had a very difficult experience at one of the big chains, trying to upgrade my wife's ring set. It was a horrible experience!! But when we walked into Rolland's, it was like night & day. Will and AnneMarie were extremely helpful, took the time to understand what we were looking for, and educated us on the options & diamond types, grading systems, etc. We actually went back there a few times before deciding to make the purchase. They were very patient with us. It took a few weeks to get her custom ring, but it was worth the wait!! We were blown away at the end result! My wife cannot stop looking at her new diamond ring. It's funny, because I catch her gazing at her ring all the time, and I see a huge smile on her face from ear to ear! Great job, guys!!

Amazing service. Friendly staff! EXTREMELY generous repurchase policy (in my opinion) for used gold jewelry as they paid me more than the visit date's value of gold. Would recommend to all!
