I ordered a dining table set in September from Mason at Hudson Furniture in Altamonte Springs. ETA was set for early November. It was fine, I just needed it by Thanksgiving week for a special family celebration. The chairs had arrived on time but table was delayed. I contacted Noah, the District Mgr to share the bind I was in. Immediately he responded, going beyond by having a new dining set - a similar model to the one on order, delivered, permitting me to use until they could deliver my set. The 'beyond' was the additional expense they had to go through just to get a 'new' set, deliver it on time, then turn around and sell it on clearance as 'used' when it was new and still in perfect condition. They took a loss for one purpose... to make it right for the customer. It was a huge blessing to me and my family for more reasons than I can say and I will always remember their kindness and exceptional resolve. Hudson Furniture Customer for Life!

We were very disappointed with the customer service at this Hudson location. We came in to look for a bed and my son laid on it to test the comfort. He was immediately told by a gentleman named Rich not lay down on the beds because “I just made all of the beds and I don’t even like making my own at home let alone here” my older son joked “well, at least you get paid to do it here” to which Rich replied “No, I’m on commission. I guess I disproved you” He then waved the kids together and said “you’re all staying together right?” We went to 5 different places prior and they were all welcoming and attentive. I’ve never had such unprofessional service. Believe me, my teenagers are aware of showing respect at a store.

Worst customer service the sales rep wasn't knowledgeable and after calling a manager to help me. The manager didn't take the time to listen but rather had me walk out. If anyone is looking for furniture to buy from this (Altamonte Springs) store I would save you the trip. I went in looking for a High Top Table, when I walked in I was told by the sales rep that he had exactly what I was looking for, but after about 20 minutes of walking around the store and showing me all the non high top tables I was convinced that they did not have any high top tables. When I asked these are not high top tables, show me something high top? The sales rep was really rude and all these tables and you don't like any. Ok we order it for you. This was my first time in this store and unfortunately it will be my last.

Rich was amazing in helping us choose a bedroom set that I love! Delivery was on time and set up was quick. I definitely recommend Hudson's and will be going back for future furniture needs!

Latwoin and Beatrice made themselves available at all times and went the extra mile to make the shopping experience and purchase a real pleasure. I feel fortunate to have them both on the team as designers Thank you girls, Alice
