On Memorial Day, (after researching king size beds for a few months), we decided to check out a few places in Kennesaw. DHI was our last stop. We inquired about one of their beds that was only available online, and the sales representative ( I will edit this post when I recall his name) was very helpful and honest about their products. He had been selling furniture for 30 years and could tell us more about the materials and what beds would be the most durable and a worthy investment. Based on his knowledge and recommendation, we chose our second choice, which was a Phoenix Bookcase (or Captain's) bed by Coaster. We also chose a king size mattress and he explained every aspect of the purchase and when our bed and mattress would be delivered. Good to his word, we were contacted by the driver this week and set up and appointment. The driver, Marco, called to confirm his arrival time and was even a little bit early! Marco and another worker, Brian, were careful, efficient, and professional in every aspect of the delivery and assembly of our furniture. I inspected their work before I signed for the delivery, and was very pleased with their work. I will update this review after we have had our furniture for a while.

Will never purchase from this company again - poor quality and communication. We bought our furniture from Dream Home in mid June. Communication between the store and the field team on the delivery got mixed up - that was the first bad impression. When the furniture arrived, the chest of drawers was defective with a chip on the front and 2 drawers punched out on the inside. The replacement chest came with another delivery snafu and another larger defect on the front panel. The customer service agent offered to have it repaired and a small discount. It's been a week and a half and we are still waiting.

I researched dining room sets on their website and then visited the store to confirm the wood color of the ones I liked. George was super helpful. We were concerned about the width of the buffet hutch and George took the time to call the factory concerning our selection. Our furniture arrived today and it is just what I wanted. I am extremely pleased. The delivery men were efficient and professional. I recommend this store and their website to anyone looking for lots of choices from which to choose. So many furniture stores have maybe ten to fifteen choices. Dream Home Interiors has hundreds on their website. I had never bought furniture sight unseen but would not hesitate to do it again with Dream Home Interiors. All in all a great experience.

My wife and I went to this location yesterday and thought it was great. We didn't really see what we wanted until Letitia gave us a couple of Catalogs and actually sat down and helped us find the perfect dining set. We haven't even purchased it yet, but the customer service was so excellent, I had to do a quick review. You don't find service like that anymore in too many places. Can't wait for the dining set to get here. THANKS AGAIN LETITIA!!!
