Rooms to go as a company may not be the best but this location is much better than the other ones. Our sales person Alison Reid is one of the best, most honest, kind, patient, and friendly sales person I have ever met in my life! She helped us with a mattress reselect and did not try to up-sell at all! She listened to what we need and recommended based on the firmness  of the mattresses. So we went back and bought a sofa set from her as well. Got the deals they advertised, and didn’t get a dirty look for using a coupon I received in the mail. She’s just a good person to do business with! Ask for Allison if you need honest opinion when you shop at Roomstogo!

Shopping at this store was a terrible life decision - Terrible after sale service with zero consideration for their customer’s time. I have had the same unresolved issue for approaching 3 months.  I will break this down into steps so it is comprehensible.
I purchased a sleeper sofa from this location less than 1 year ago
It began sagging badly, so I scheduled a service call. The service call was scheduled for a Saturday. I received a text confirming my 4 hour window. Saturday the service driver never shows up. No call no text.
Turns out they don’t do service calls in my area on Saturday’s ( I live in a major city).Service was reschedule to a Thursday.
I leave work to meet the service man on Thursday. He discovers the support hinges have given out, hence the sitting in a hole feeling. His solution to fixing the problem was taking a pair of pliers and bending the hinges back straight (IDK where he got his certification in anything to do with repairs). Obviously the same problem occurred as soon as I sat back on the couch (I weigh 190lbs). 
I call back and explain the issue, they say the couch is in stock and they need to exchange it. 
Delivery scheduled for a Thursday and again I leave work to meet the driver.
The couch comes off of the truck and the entire back is cracked in half.
Delivery is then rescheduled until 12/22 between 1 and 5 (which I originally planned to travel on for Christmas). I pushed my date back one day to leave Saturday instead of Friday in order to get the replacement couch. 
Friday morning comes and the dispatcher calls at 8 and says we need to cancel today’s delivery and reschedule for the same time on Christmas Eve. 
Not going to be in town so now the delivery is scheduled for 01/06.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. It seems that  their definition of service is offering useless apologies.

Alison is a great and very attentive sales associate. She informed me and my family that she has been with Rooms To Go for 20 years! Wow! That explains how knowledgeable she was when showing us around the floor room. Greatful that we met her a d I decided on a great sectional and a few wall decorations!!!

I'm frankly surprised by all of the poor reviews this store has received.  It seems it may be on the delivery side as opposed to actual in-store interaction???  Anyway, I had a pleasant experience in the store today.  When I entered, I was promptly greeted by Allyson N.  She offered her assistance and asked me to let her know if I needed anything.  After browsing the store and finding a couch I was interested in, she helped me measure it, provided detailed pricing and also helped me with a bed as well.  Allyson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing.  I definitely plan to purchase the couch and bed from her in the coming weeks.  I would highly recommend this store and Allyson if you're in need of new furniture.  

P.S. The manager of the store was extremely friendly and accommodating as well.

We have been looking for living room furniture for a while and a friend of ours in Greenville, SC mentioned that she had just purchased the Cindy Crawford Home Auburn Hills Taupe Leather Power Reclining Sofa and loved it. We went to the store on 9/2 and Joe Wright showed us the sofa and we instantly knew it would be perfect. We wanted to make sure that it would fit in the space with a couple of chairs. Joe was very helpful with looking at our room measurements and patiently helped us find chairs that would work with the sofa. He did a great job of explaining the protection and warranty on the pieces and the delivery process and answered all of our questions. The furniture was delivered as scheduled and it looks beautiful. I will definitely look to buy more furniture from your store in the future.
