My first time dining at roots was a wonderful experience. The owner is a wonderful person who was there during breakfast. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a local concocted tea. Both were great and their large tea is VERY large. I appreciated the quirky mismatched aspects of this small local business from chairs at each table that don't match to each one of us getting different mugs and plates. 

I have had roots previously for catering and it was AMAZING. Their house-made dressings are delicious and they should really consider selling jars of it. They meet a variety of dietary needs and everything is grown on their local farm or locally sourced.

Farm to table, friendly environment great food and coffee. Food items are hand made fresh. Just what the east mountains needed. Come and check it out.
Should have been a 5 star from the beginning. Not sure what happened.

Good food and atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.  Great place to stop by for breakfast or lunch if you're passing through the mountains.

Highly recommend! It's locally owned! The owners are also farmers and use some of their harvest in the cafe. Great atmosphere - good for lunch dates, business meetings, and working!

Cute little place with excellent quality food and good coffee. They also sell other things inside like honey from a local farm. Fast service.
