Over the last few years, I've found that Ray is my go-to service guy.  I like the way he works with my schedule, is very honest and straightforward with me, and makes things very simple and easy. I ask for him every time.  Also during this visit, I took a ride to my house in the shuttle and the driver, Dick, was just lovely!  In just 3 miles, we had excellent conversation and he brightened my day.  I loved that the finance desk was open until 8pm, so I could swing back in after work and get my car.

This was the follow up on recommended service after an oil change. I procrastinated for a bit and then made an appointment of have the recommended maintenance done on the Equinox mostly because the transmission fluid failed the inspection. I also had the coolant flush and the fuel system maintenance done at the same time. Haven't noticed any difference in the transmission but the car has better performance and the heater warms up faster. When I brought the Equinox in, I was prepared to wait the ~4 hours that I was told it would take for the work. Ray Fitzsimons, the service specialist said I didn't need to do that since they could give me a ride home and pick me up when the service was done. That worked out great! The driver was Michael and he knew how to get to my home and back to pick me up. So, besides the improvement in the operation of the car, I had time to go home and get some chores done and still have time to go grocery shopping on the way home from your facility. Thank you very much for your excellent service! You really did make this customer happy!

Joe Girma was my salesmen. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what I was needing. He took the time to understand me as a person and my finances, which did not happen at other dealerships. He was open and clear about everything I asked about and was truly pleased that I walked out feeling 110% confident in my purchase. It was that service that will keep me coming back. I used to work at RDC and I loved being there because of the service from each person no matter their role. I have taken my vehicles there ever since. This time was no exception. I was treated with wonderful service as I now have come to expect. Harry got me in for new tires as quickly as possible and of course the big snow storm came 8 days later. Thank goodness I got my new tires! He gave me very caring advice to not drive until I got new tires  because my tires were so bald. They ride beautifully and make me feel very safe. Thanks Harry. Wow is all I have to say- Shane, Jon and the entire Rosedale Chev team have gone above and beyond. I was involved in an accident and didn’t have any rental car. Without asking they quickly offered to take a vehicle off the lot to loan to me for a few days while I figured out my situation! This team is truly top notch and I would never hesitate bringing my business or referring any business to this team. These are the people I enjoy supporting!
