Troy Greer helped me find the perfect car after my car was totaled. I was really overwhelmed with the process and didn't want to deal with it but needed a car. Troy did everything for me! I told him what I wanted, what my budget was, and he went above and beyond to make this quick and painless. When someone else wanted my car before I was able to come in and sign the paperwork, he stepped in and wouldn't let anyone else sell it to ensure I was able to get the car I wanted! This guy is trustworthy, easy to work with, and very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. If you are looking for a stress-free car buying experience talk to this guy! Doug also helped when I came in to sign for the car and he was great too. Very friendly and also made the process smooth, explained everything really well, and was very patient with me (I was pretty anxious about the whole thing). This dealership was great all around! I found myself suddenly needing another car after my Dodge Journey had been totaled in an accident.  Troy Greer was wonderful!  He helped me get into a brand new Journey in a matter of hours and truly worked to find me the best financing deal. I worked with Jeremy at RCJD and he treated me like a CUSTOMER, not a girl customer!.  I consider myself informed about cars and about what I want.  It was a pleasure to work with someone who respected that and helped me get a great deal on a Grand Cherokee.  Now I am happily driving through the snow and whatever else our Minnesota winter brings.  LOVE LOVE LOVE this car.  Thanks Jeremy!

Not saying the sales person's name as I feel that does a disservice to them, but maybe this review could be used as a learning experience. I don't appreciate it when someone emphasizes that my car is junk and only offer me 200 dollars for it when it's worth at least $1,200 on kelley blue book in moderate condition. My car has a great vehicle history with no accidents and has been highly maintained. Yes, I am looking for a new car but I'm also not looking to have someone rob me of my equity. The only reason I feel they valued it so low was because it had snow and salt on it. Well hey, welcome to Minnesota. Long story short, I'm not desperate enough in buying a newer car for such a low trade-in value, but also not buying a car at this location any time soon.
