Saleswoman Michelle Englund is top notch! This was my second experience with her. The first purchase was for myself and the second was for my mom. She answered every question, walked us through every step and thoroughly explained every single model and their options. She is a very hard worker and very knowledgeable. Mom go exactly what she wanted.

In both instances, mom and  I researched every car site and every dealership in the Twin Cities and they absolutely had the best price! Michelle cares about her customers which to me, was crucial for such a large and important purchase. I cannot say enough about the quality, the price and the service of this dealership. I would recommend it to my family, my friends and to you. Let my research and experience save you a lot of time and a potential disaster. My particular vehicle came with a lifetime warranty which gives me peace of mind since repairs can be expensive. Some dealerships offer nothing, so if you drive off of the lot and wheels fall off, it's not their problem. The salesman actually told me that exact thing after I purchased my last SUV. So this time I was intent on finding the right place to spend my money. 

 I am a customer for life.

I can't speak highly enough of Walser. I had visited Friendly Chevy in Fridley first to try and get into a truck and wasn't met with the most enthusiasm since I have a lower credit score. They even tried to put me in a car first and then a SUV. But my wife insisted that I've wanted a truck so I passed up the offers although they partially made sense in my head. I came to Walser a week later and I met with Matt and Alex. They were friendly and listened to my needs and immediately worked to get me the best financing rates possible and the best truck for the money I was willing to spend. I can't thank them enough for the help!

This place is amazing! I bought a used car from walser with a power train warranty and my car basically fell apart 6 months after buying it. They covered everything that needed to be done totaling almost 2000 dollars! All the staff was super helpful and got everything done in an efficient amount of time. I would highly recommended this dealership.

This was my first time working with this group. Loved their no-pressure, no-negotiating philosophy. Michelle was great to work with, spending plenty of time with me answering questions and showing me around the Acadia. Adam was also great to work with, very knowledgeable about cars and gave a very fair rate for my trade-in; also great customer service! If you’re considering a GMC, think of the Walker group first!
