They got my car fixed faster than I thought. However, I made an appointment for a day and they refused to honor it. I was told techs leave at 3pm. What enterprise dealership closes service repairs at 3pm? So I had to reschedule. Someone should of reached out, they know the flow of their day. This was a recall LCM repair, nonetheless I should have been accommodated. I would give them 1 star but the repair was fast. I will never use them again.

HORRIBLE experience. We recently purchased a car from here via slimy salesman John lee. First off, he was very condescending when asked questions and when talking to us about the car. After we purchased our Ford Focus, we noticed some noises and that the shifting felt like it was having issues. When asked to take a look they told us it would be a couple weeks. We asked to return the car as it was still under manufacturer warranty and they refused. The manager of the dealer told us that we simply didn't know how to drive and automatic car with a double clutch. After finally getting our car in they told us they replaced the clutch and parts in the transmission. They knowingly sold us a LEMON and now are refusing to own up to it or take responsibility. DO NOT give these scumbags your business.

I bought a used vehicle from here and the salesman Steve L was great. He went above and beyond and made the entire process smooth. Would recommend.

I have bought my last 3 cars from Midway and have all repairs done there as well. Great customer service, no hassle and i never feel taken advantage of getting my vehicle maintained here.

I am continually impressed by the Service I receive at Midway Ford in Roseville.  From check in to check out, I am always advised of what is happening to my vehicle.  If I need repairs I am given all the options for timing, price etc.  They are extremely friendly and the service recvd is top notch.  They absolutely have the best technicians!  I will NEVER go anywhere else again!
