I ordered a stove on February 19, 2018.  Said it was a special order and should take about 3-5 days to come in.  Had to call them a week later to find out it hadn't come in yet.  Called them a week after that..still not in. They said they would call the company..no return call to me.  I called a week later and they called back saying stove came in but damaged.  They ordered a new one.  Called a week later they still haven't received it.  Promised it would come in about 3 days later.  Called them again...they said will be in April 9.  Now no stove for Easter.  Called them again on April 11 they said they would call me back after they checked on it.  I had to call them again today April 13 and was told the company would not be shipping it until next Wednesday April 18 and then it would be 3-5 days from then.  This would be 2 full months of waiting for my stove and the company didn't even offer to discount anything.  At least could have offered to take off the delivery charge...if it ever comes!!

Shout out to Mark!  He took the time to listen to me explain the problem with the washing machine we purchased at Ross long enough ago that it is out of warranty.  He gave me a couple of suggestions which I followed.  One youtube video, one $22 part I purchased locally, a couple of hours of figuring out how to take apart without breaking anything and the washing machine is back in service.  And I had no screws left over!
