My service technicians name was Ronnie. He was very polite, straight forward on what the issues were and how to fix them. He gave what I thought to be reasonable price, considering the amount of work needed to be done. Ronnie was very effective, solving all issues in the house in a timely manner. I am very pleased with Rotorooters service, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member!

As a property owner in an area that typically gets weather that can freeze pipes, it is good to have a reliable company such as Roto-Rooter available to handle my plumbing needs. A few months ago I experienced such a need when my tenant contacted me letting me know that there was water pouring from the garage. Not only did Roto-Rooter get out to my property within an hour, they figured out the issue and alerted me to another potential issue due to the way the builder installed the water lines from the street to the property. Both issues were rectified promptly and with no aggravation to the tenant. These guys are top-notch, professional, and are willing to orchestrate repairs with tenants, which saves landlords the headache of either the needed to play middle-man to schedule appointments or the need to go out to the property yourself for the repair.

Service was fast and the technician, John, explained everything and fixed the problem without any issues. Really friendly service.

I had a clog too far down into the kitchen pipes for my over the counter snake to reach. After much frustration, I called Roto Rooter. Roto Rooter responded in about an hour and a half. Ronnie was the plumber that showed up. Ronnie was fast, thorough, clean, and answered all of my questions. Very personable. Great service and affordable. I would absolutely call them out again.

Only downfall was rescheduling the original appointment and the arrangements I made to be there...other than that Great service.
