Initially the service was fine.  The toilet they reinstalled started to leak.  They confirmed a time and never showed up.  The company never informed me that they rescheduled.  I scheduled a new time just for this to happen again.  My toilet is still leaking.  The water leak is damaging my sink cabinet and shelving system.

Called them to snake my pipes because the toilets and bathtub were backing up. They were very accommodating and professional, but everything backed up again two days later. I called them and they came back and did it again, and two days later it all clogged up again. He only snaked from one outside access point. We told him there was another one but he only did the one closest to the street, which was apparently the problem. I called a different company the third time and they snaked from everywhere and fixed the problem. I won't be calling roto-rooter again.

When your almost knee deep in towels it was nice to have someone to say they could fix it.  And they did it in the time they said they would.  Nice & professional.  Everything they did is working just fine.  Thanks

Problem free experience in as far as plumbing issues that nobody likes. RR saved the day. Will use them again.
