Please look elsewhere if you want an honest plumbing company, these guys do not know how to treat customers, poor service, misleading and dishonest. Owner is rude as rude can be !!!

Good rates, they seemed comparable to LA Hydrojet who I am a big fan of but LA Hydrojet doesn't work in South Orange county so I'm out of luck. They're deceptive about their pricing and won't disclose pricing really. My main problem with them is they came out once to fix a drain, the plumber claimed that he couldn't run a snake down the cleanout and so instead ran a 3/8" snake down the mainline 70ft from the kitchen sink nipple. Drain backed up 2 weeks later and the same guy came out and did exactly the same thing except he then recommended moving the cleanout 2ft higher on the wall since he said the location was incorrect. Offered to do that for $475. 2 weeks later again and it backed up. The only reason I called them the second time was they apparently had a guarantee on the work, but unfortunately they didn't honor it and charged me full price again. In total I spent $260 for 2 visits and they didn't get the drain cleared. The third time I called Reese Plumbing (honest, affordable, great service). They came out, actually used the cleanout and snaked the mainline properly. So glad to have found a great plumber. I do NOT recommend Calrooter, if you're in south OC use Reese Plumbing, otherwise for LA County use LA Hydrojet
