Rob Parsons arrived and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He brought in Sergio who also was similar in demeanor and professionalism. Rob went the extra mile in his customer service explaining the work in detail as well as potential pitfalls with one of my fixtures I had provdid. He found resources for me and took extra care to check all work thoroughly. My elderly parents came by and he was especially kind with them which I appreciated very much. Both Rob and Sergio worked a long day for our plumbing needs and provided excellent service.

Anthony was kind and offered clear information about the need and repair.  He was also helpful in teaching my children about what he was doing, the tools he used, and the way he was doing the work.  On time, helpful, and informative.  Thanks for the great service.

I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received.  Quick response time, professional, great staff in the office and field.  They even cleaned up the mess they made after tearing my walls apart! I am not use to that.  Fernando is the best!  He did a great job.  He explained everything he was doing and why.  He is a real asset to the company.  Thank you.

Dwain  was great and showed up to my hair salon when expected.  He was very knowledgeable and fixed my tankless in no time at all. Also the women I talked with on the phone was very helpful and got me on the schedule for the next day. I will always use pristine plumbing from now on.
