Plumbing problem on a Sunday afternoon. Called Mike Diamond. My bad. Said they couldn't be there for 12-15 hours. Called Roto Rooter. Presto 1.5 hours later friendly knowledgeable service arrived and I proudly paid them their very fair price. Have used roto rooter a few times with work and have been pleased with everything. Thought I would give Mike Diamond a try (first time) and they were too busy to accommodate an emergency call.

Mel did a great job clearing our main line backup. He arrived on time as promised, quickly assessed the problem, had it cleared, and scoped it to show me the results. He then recommended Roto Rooter's long term solution options for the situation. As it was a Sunday, and other plumbers were not available, Roto Rooters dispatch and quick notification follow up proved to be a very pleasant and welcome experience. I'd certainly call Mel and Roto Rooter again when needed and recommend his/your service to my neighbors and friends! Thank you Mel and Roto Rooter!
