What a way to start the new year... with a clogged kitchen sink!  Timm came to the rescue, cleared the drain, reconnected all the fittings and everything was back in working order within a matter of minutes.  I am so grateful that he came on a holiday.  Thank you for such awesome service!

Roto-Rooter saved me time and money.  The floor drains in our finished basement started backing up on a busy weekend.  They responded to my service request within the hour that I had called and snaked our floor drain before our weekend company arrived.  The friendly staff stayed some extra time to cleanup after the process.  Very thankful for the affordable and efficient service!

These good folks helped get me out of a pretty rough spot.  I tried to "go local", but RR was by far the most responsive of the lot.  They seemed to work hard to resolve my issue as quickly as possible and as professionally as I could've ever asked for.

My husband and I contacted Roto Rooter to give us an estimate and help us resolve a foul smell in our bathroom. First we were told it was one thing, which cost us over $400. Then we were told another thing, which resulted in us calling them 3-4 other times and having them come out, because the smell never went away. We were told to dump bleach and vinegar down the drains and it will make it go away, which didn't work. We realized they could not help us and wasted our time. We contacted a different company and they fixed it for us for $90 in 30 minutes. Don't waste your time with this company!
