I am beyond satisfied with this company. I have had several issues this past month and have been calling around the city getting quotes. Every business I called couldn't answer any of my questions, weren't knowledgeable at all and were downright rude acting as if I was wasting their time. I called Pat Plumbing and spoke with Brandon who was not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable even though he isn't a technician and was able to answer all my questions and scheduled an appointment for me the next morning. The technician, Tyler, was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable as well! His service blew me out of the water. He explained everything that was going on, gave me several options, and signed me up for their amazing Service Partner which has SO many benefits by itself! My issue was fixed in under an hour and I finally have heat! 

 From now on, Pat Plumbing, Heating and Air will be my go-to company!!

Great place with the best service & the guys who come out are very personable. They tell you who is coming ahead of time.
I have had them repair water heater, replace broken outdoor spigot, service a/c & furnace, repair leaking pipe and today they replaced my garbage disposal. Fast response,  Always on time & explain everything well.  We are pleased with them and they do EVERYTHING!

Contacted Pat the Plumber regarding a furnace that stopped working. Tyler came to the house for a heat system check and found a lot of rust on my 38 year old furnace. He said that he could replace parts and also contact John Merckling for another opinion and other options. Met with John and discussed a new furnace. John worked with me on a price for a new furnace within my budget. Both Tyler and John were polite, professional and provided explanations and choices. I would highly recommend Pat's for your service needs!

Seth did a great job, highly recommend the company. Very professional and on time, same day service. Up front pricing and no cutting corners. I used to do general contracting a long time ago but couldn't do it myself due to an injury....so believe me when I say the guy knew what he was doing.

Having had devasting water damage several years ago as a result of a water line break under our kitchen sink, it has given us such peace of mind to know that a knowledgeable and qualified plumbing professional has checked our house thoroughly in order to ward off another such incident. We decided to enroll as a Service Partner with Pat the Plumber in order to ensure that peace of mind continues. BTW--Trey was fantastic!!
