I have used Lutz many times and have always been extremely happy with the service from Barbara in the office and every plumber that has been to my house.  Most recently, plumber Scott Edmisten gave me options for fixing several plumbing problems (high water pressure, leaking water heater) and did not pressure me.  I'm happy with my decisions and am confident the work was done right.

If I could give Lutz Plumbing 10 stars I would.  We had a pipe burst last night at 9:30pm.  Kevin called me back within 5 minutes and said he was on his way- WOW!  He had the pipe fixed within an hour and we could sleep easy for the night! He was so knowledgeable, and gave us some recommendations to help with freezing pipes in the future. We are so happy that we called Lutz Plumbing! Kevin, you are my HERO! Thank you so much!

The plumber showed up a little earlier than the appointment which was great. Very professional,  assessed what needed to be done, finished quickly,  cleaned everything up, gave me some matinence advice after finishing.  We gladly use and recommend Lutz plumbing.

Great service and good people.  Have always been pleased with their work.  They aren't the cheapest, but they are very responsive and get the job done right.  Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with Lutz Plumbing’s speed, quality of work and customer service. We had a pipe freeze over a holiday weekend and they answered our call, and made a house call well within the timeframe they quoted us. Amber was very helpful on the phone and Brent was great during the service trip. Would absolutely work with them again and recommend to anyone we know. Thanks Lutz!
