The Reddi Services technician, Courtney Miller, did a fantastic job with my
floor drain plumbing problem.  He took time to analyze the problem, gather information from me (he really listened), and then proceeded to solve it.  I would highly recommend this company.  I know I will continue to business with them in the future because of my experience with their very knowledgable and hard working service technician, Mr. Miller.

Reddiservices did an amazing job locating and fixing a septic/drain pipe problem at my Shawnee home.  Office personnel were extremely helpful in scheduling appointments over a 4 day (Easter weekend) period.  Technicians called in advance, showed up on time, did their work and left me with thorough understanding of the problem.  They were all professional and a pleasure to deal with.  Justin Thompson completed his work and left the review form info. so he gets the  points for  the Reddi Heroes Contest.  Hope he wins Florid trip!!

Paul was so awesome! He was met with a challenge, he had to remove the toilet. He tackled them roots like a true champ. After fixing messed up plumbing, and a toilet that didn’t want to return to work, he was able to fix the tub also. He did an amazing job on a cold, wet, and late night. I really appreciate his hard work and dedication!

We recently moved to Kansas City, KS and purchased a 20 year old house with some quirky plumbing issues.  The plumber sent to our home did a fantastic job updating fixtures, answering questions and correcting some non-standard existing plumbing issues.  Jim from Reddi has twenty years of experience and it showed.  My wife and I are picky consumers and expect quality work at a reasonable, competitive price.  We were 100% pleased with the work that Jim did in our home.  We have more projects in the coming weeks and we plan to call Reddi again and we will be requesting Jim again. We had another plumbing company out the previous week and his bid for the same job was nearly three time the price. We recommend ReddiServices with no hesitation.  We will use them again in the future.

I had a Main Line issue for a while and it only got worse over time. I finally decided to call someone and it was ReddiServices. I had family recommend them. They sent out a plumber the same day I called. Jay Denny came in, cleared my drain, and we both parted ways. Amazing service and will definitely be sticking with them for all my plumbing needs. He was very informative on the situation and explained everything he was doing during the process. I couldn't have asked for a better plumber!
