The service was very prompt. The service representative was very helpful and provided information accurately and made suggestions to suit the needs. The issue was resolved after the service.

Very bad company. Called them out for clogged pipe charged me $300 and never unclogged my pipe. Claimed my septic was backed up and needed to be pumped. So called a septic company to come out and my septic wasn't backed up and told me I was good for another couple years. So the septic guy scheduled me a day for their plumbing guy and very professional at that they unclogged my pipe. I told them what roto rooter did and they laughed cause they did it all wrong. I then called roto rooter and asked for some kind of refund since they didn't fix my problem and I was told that the operations manager would call and talk to me and so far no call. Very unprofessional business they are out to take your money and not help you out. Will never use or recommend this company to anyone. Only reason for a 1 star in had to rate just to write a review.

Had a main sewer line back up that Evan helped us with today. Showed up in quick order and was very knowledgeable. No surprises at all, as exactly what we were told is what happened. Evan took at lot of time to explain each step and all options. He's just a good guy who made is feel very comfortable. It was determined that part of our problem may be related to the county's main hook up. Evan gave us guidance on how to proceed, and even called the utility department on our behalf. Hard to imagine better service!

JR was very responsive to our problem and knew what needed to be done to fix it. They had a quick appointment available and had a great referral for diagnosis and repair.
