Horrible experience with this company. I needed an emergency plumber quickly, which they were able to provide, but the plumber was extremely rude, would barely answer any of my questions because he was “inundated” and would not even look into a question I had regarding my burst pipe. He charged me $600!! for the emergency service of replacing a burst pipe, and was at my home for no more than 30 minutes. I’ve never had this experience with any other plumbing company and will never use them again.

Mike was great, came on time as expected, and was very thorough with his service. His customer service was excellent and he was very professional. I would recommend this company to anybody

Quick response even on the weekends. Had an emergency and 4Fast was one of the only ones able to get out quickly on a Saturday. Showed up fix the problem and was on their way. Rates were very good also.
