Was out of town when a hot water heater, which also produces the heating, went on the fritz at our rental property. Our Home Warranty Company wasn't able to get a plumber dispatched in a timely manner, and with a tenant without hot water AND heat, we just couldn't wait. We called Lanthorn and they were out the very same day, identified the issues, were able to find the rare part and complete the installation the very next day. 

Their communication throughout the process was timely, top-notch service, even texting to let us know when they were on the way. Their rates were more than reasonable, and their staff, from the Office Manager to the Technician on-site, were super professional. 

All around great experience and will definitely use again and refer with confidence!

I was able to get an appointment the next morning. The two techs were on time, polite, proffessional and informative. They did a great job, were really fast and cleaned up after. They would definitely be my first choice in the future!!

Great, prompt service.  I called mid-morning and they were here by mid-afternoon of same day.  Polite, knowledgeable and efficient workers.  I'll call them for sure, the next time I need a plumber.

My tech, Chris, was great. He got here early, got the issue fixed in 30 minutes, had great conversation, and gave me some pointers to boot!! I would definitely use again and recommend.
