My landlord had to call Roto-Rooter cause I had such a blockage that literally EVERYTHING was overflowing into the basement rather than out the main line. Once fixed by their plumber they sent out their cleaning crew. I have to say "I'm ecstatic with their performance and the results". Techs 4443, 1269 and their helper were FANTASTIC!! I can't say enough about this crew. I have a dirt cellar and they managed to make the dirt look and smell clean. To Tech's 4443 and 1269: Thank you for you hard work. I will DEF be telling everyone about your services.

My plumber Jim was excellent, very efficient, he had to go to the store for parts and was back in no time. He came out on the 4th of July. His cost estimates just by looking at the fixture were spot on. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter for all my future plumbing needs.

Roto-Rooter scheduled a next day appointment on a weekend.  The dispatcher called with the schedule.  The plumber came when expected and did the work requested.  Afterwards, the plumber explained what he did, cleaned up, and provided options going forward.  In summary, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism.

I called for a main drain line cleanout.  The technician they sent out had actually worked at my home 10 years earlier, and remembered the details of what he did and why he did it.  I was very impressed with his knowledge, attitude and professionalism, as well as his demeanor and skill.  He was really quick for what he did and cleaned up even after I told him he didn't have to worry about it.  His name was ELIE and if you get this guy, you are getting the best.  My best recommendation!! Whitman, MA.
