This company has always been amazing. My father used them for years and when I married and bought my first home 25 years ago, my father told me that I would never go wrong having Garabedian Plumbing & Heating do my work. He was so right! They just got me out of a no heat situation within hours after our initial call even though they said that they were buried with emergency calls. They told me that they prioritize their calls and get to emergencies as soon as possible. This is why I have been their customer in three different homes for the past 25 years. I like my father will make sure my 3 children when they have their own homes continue to use Garabedian for their plumbing or heating issues.

I have been using Garabedian Plumbing and Heating for over 40 years and have always had fantastic service and work performed by this company. They stand behind their work and all their employees have always been neat, knowledgeable and courteous. They have always been there when I needed them. You couldn't find a better company in my opinion.

The last month our heat was blowing cold more and more often.  After trying two other less expensive options we called Garabedian.  Within 10 minutes Garabedian crawled into my attic, opened the furnace and diagnosed the problem.  

In another ten minutes it was fixed!  Easy!  We should have called them first instead of paying two less intelligent companies to try to diagnose the problem. The Garabedian guys laughed at the simplicity of it.

Great service & knowledgeable technicians.  Rick knew exactly what to look for and offered me options to make the right choice for the situation rather than forcing me in to anything.  They were also willing to let me watch and talk shop, answering any other plumbing questions I had.

Their technicians get the job done right, and will help keep your furnace running safely. I had a technician working for half his day, running out for parts twice and it cost less than an electrician installing some recessed lights, so I don't think they are expensive for the quality and reliability of the work. I only put 4 stars because the tech was not well versed on electronic thermostats, so he was not confident about rebooting it and will need to update for the digital world.
