Adding a review because for whatever reason, the old reviews are still linked to the business, which is now under new management. Give them a try. New management team has brought thin crust pizza to the local area, which has been delicious so far! Their Chicken Bomb sub is also crave-worthy! Additionally, we have ordered their fries, which are delicious, and the best 'pizza joint' fries I have had in a long time! Crispy and flavorful shoestring fries, not dense and soggy like the 'steak fries' you get elsewhere. Have also had the steak tip salad a couple of times, which has come with a nice serving of marinated, perfectly cooked, steak tips and an overall satisfying helping for the price point. Give them a shot!

This place is under new ownership and is FANTASTIC. Definitely give them a try. All of the negative reviews are from the former owners. The place is new and cozy inside and the people are very friendly. Extensive menu. Definitely recommend.

It is now under new ownership. I went to try the Seafood. The haddock dinner I got was excellent! Fresh haddock, very crispy and delicious. I opted for sweet potato fries and a Greek salad for my sides, both tasted great! I was very pleased with everything.

Attention residents of Rowley, Ipswich and Topsfield... Rowley house of Pizza is under new ownership. Even though they share the same name, this place is awesome. The staff was friendly and the food hit the sole. Let's go residents and make them successful, you won't be disappointed...

They guaranteed the pizza was gluten free, even when we called, after it was delivered, to report that it didn't look like g.f. crust we're used to. They reassured us it was in fact gluten free pizza. I got sick and called back the next day. Before reporting the issue, I simply asked what crust they use for their g.f. pizza.They proceeded to describe a crust that was completely different than what I ate. I explained they had made an error the night before, and they put me on hold. Another person came on the line and tried denying they were the restaurant we ordered from. They said no one had ordered gluten free pizza and I must be mistaken. Luckily we paid with a credit card and still have the receipt, proving they are in fact the restaurant who took our order and it was in writing a gluten free pizza order. I will never go here again and can't believe they would be so careless and then so dishonest. Too bad I can't give negative stars for food poisoning.
