Jorge and Eric were phenomenal! Jorge was great at giving us the appropriate amount of attention and was very friendly. He was able to answer all of our questions. Eric did a wonderful job explaining the options that were available to us and gave us a great deal. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. I’ll be sure to buy my next vehicle from Jorge and Eric in the future. This place is awesome!

I had a great experience with Hertz rent to buy thanks to Jasmine who I primarily dealt with. She  was very prompt with answering my questions and taking care of any issues I had. Hertz even took care of a flat tire I got during my rental period and was able to obtain a second key for me. They have excellent prices. I did my research. My husband is now planning on making his next vehicle purchase there. Jasmine is the best!!

After beginning the paperwork for my FIRST NEW CAR my salesman rushed me, telling me that if I didn't beat another woman back with my documents she would get the car (You would think after signing papers that the car is well on its way to being yours, apparently not at HERTZ). The car had a bad clutch. They referred me to pep boys who told me that my car had a computer problem and that hertz would have to fix it. Hertz told me "nope. We don't do that. Go TO a ford dealership. They won't charge you." Now if that sounds too good to be true, it's because it is. Of course the Ford dealership wanted to charge me. After wasting several days on this, the manager at Hertz told me to give Ford their number and that they would take care of the costs (Its under warranty, so don't think they were doing me any favors) and of course Ford wanted some sort of document or proper way to bill them. After hassling with the Ford dealership they said that they would charge us and that we would have to go back Hertz. Save yourself time and a headache.

They are like other used car/lemon lot anywhere else!  Be ware for their 12months/12,000 miles warranty!  It's BS warranty!  Just hope your used vehicle doesn't break down on you or they'll tell you to go to a New Car Dealership to cash in manufacturing limited warranty!  Just like the other reviews below, they should call the warrant as "Go to the New Dealership Warranty"!

I do not know how anyone could rate this location at less then 5 stars. The employees are great, the prices are wonderful, and the process is easy. I had the pleasure of dealing with Wendy through the entire process. She was beyond fantastic. I can;t thank you enough.
