I found out that the kitchen of this place do whatever they want. Not once but quite a few times throughout this past 2 or 3 years. I usually hear my order called out correctly but later on, when it comes out is exactly the opposite. Last night I specified "white sauce only on a "surf and turf". I specifically told the lady, "No chipotle or any other sauce. I don't like spicy stuff"... It came with a chipotle sauce and a yellowish spicy sauce which I pour in my taco without realizing... I called a young girl who was busing a table and told he of the mistake. She turned around without letting me finish and without saying a word sat a small container of the previously asked white sauce on my table and promptly disappeared. I think this might be my last visit to this restaurant.

Good food and usually polite and friendly staff. LONG line sometimes on Tuesday evenings (for Taco Tuesday). That's the only reason for the four stars instead of five.

Most of these are layed out the same. You walk in, and the counter is in front of you, with the kitchen behind it. To tje right is the dining area, and further back is the restrooms. Now some of the locations may have outside seating, this location does not. The only problems I see with some stores is the site is not maintained well, this however was veey clean, and appears to be well maintained. The food is pretty much consistent from one location to the next, but there are some times when this is not the case. Though there are no issues with the food here. So if youvare looking for a Rubios fish taco, just lnow this is a good place to get it

Food was good. The restaurant was dirty. The trash was overflowing, the salsa bar was dirty and the tables had not been wiped down. We were very disappointed. We won't go back anytime soon.
