Always fresh and cooked home style. The cooks are local and talk like locals. Carlsbad is a beach community and many of these families have lived 2 to 3 generations in the same home. Cash only and quick service. Today I had the #14 Ham, Eggs, Salsa and cheese combination plate with Spanish Rice and refried Pinto Beans and two large flour tortillas for only about $8 bucks.  Large portions, cooked right and delicious!

They used to be good when I was a kid. Now their meat quality has gone down and they charge more. I have paid for sour cream extra multiple talks and driven away only to find out there's no sour cream in my burrito. You want a good burrito go to lolas Period

A+ burritos. Best I've found in North County yet. Just meat, guac, and pico in a semi-translucent, super soft and toasty tortilla. The carnitas has a little crisp to it which is awesome.

I love their fish tacos and California burrito!  You can only pay with cash here.  Delicious!
