So... I have left very few reviews and try to only post good reviews. But the service I got here was terrible last night! I waited 58 minutes, watched 2 families eat and leave before I got my to go order food. When I went up to ask about my food the lady in charge said well I called your name. First of all it was busy and loud, but second they gave me a number and said they'd bring it to me (10 feet away) from the front! The girl in charge was very awnry threw the food at me and walked away. I saw that they were training a new cook, I also noticed that they were understaffed..... BUT I also noticed that my food was the small size and I ordered the regular size. Then I also paid for 2 regular size rice bowls with teriyaki chicken and steak, instead I got 2 small size rice bowls with teriyaki chicken and steak. I asked for 2 extra sauces and they said I needed to pay for them, I showed them on my receipt that I had payed for them already, but said forget it and walked out. I'll never be going back to this location. I noticed that they had manager of the year signs on the walls of this location, so I hope this is a once in a while thing, but honestly I am never going back so goodbye Layton Rumbi.

I love the food, service, and atmosphere. A little expensive, but I'm still hooked on the rice bowls, kahuna burger w/Rumbi fries (mixture of regular and sweet potato) and the South seas salad!!
