Yummy food. Not fancy (Go to Harrison Blvd. location for more atmosphere). Plan $8-12 per entree. Very generous portions.

Every time I go to Javier’s I always have a great experience! The staff is so friendly and kind and the food is very good! I would like to just comment on a review that i read on here. I was at Javier’s when the supposed waiter chased after the gentleman for a tip. That did not happen. The waiter did not chase after him, the guy came back into the building and threw a dollar in his face. The waiter was so calm I couldn’t believe it and you could see on all the other peoples faces that they were very shocked as well. I was going to leave a review on Javier’s Facebook and read another review that the same person wrote. He changed his story around and also made a very inappropriate/racist comment that was very uncalled for. I would recommend this place and the tamales!
