Runde Chevrolet is the best dealership hands down. The people are all well trained in their duties allowing everything to go smoothly and well informed of their product. They also have the best hats, shirts and calendars out of any dealership I've ever seen. Anyone who wants a Chevy knows to go to Runde Auto Group as they are the best Chevy dealership in the country and possibly even the world.

I waited almost two hours for an oil change. They used a standard level oil without discussing it with me. The kind rated for 3000 miles. I had always used semi-synthetic oil, which lasts longer.
Their analysis said I needed brakes, but did not list measurements on rotors they said needed replacement.
Brought the car to another dealership a month later, and asked to have brakes checked. They said they all had moderate wear but didn't need replacing for a while. They included measurements.

Simply put, these people do their jobs and go above and beyond their responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction. Ok this sounds like a commercial but it's true
