Nice little Post Office post I got through rather quickly but parking is a problem. Inside could have a better arrangement in the lobby area to help one find stuff they need. The line needs to be more defined. Sign saying line starts here would be nice. Lobby is very confusing. There could be a much nicer lay out. I was standing in line and a man walked in and just went straight ahead of me and they took him as if I was invisible. Not nice and I was not happy never said a word it’s the post office fault because there is no defined space saying there is a line. This post office could be cleaner. There is paper all over the floor. Not tidy at all. Sloppy!!

Whoever Rob is at the Lucerne post office I have to say, “Went out of his way, not once, but twice, to track my mail down and had it delivered each time on that same day!!!”

One of the fastest post offices around. And that's saying a lot since so many, in this town, still use the post office a lot!

My favorite post office. They are always nice and quick even though they are always steady busy with customers. The mural is pretty kick ass and the staff were nice even when I was pissing them off by incorrectly using general delivery by giving the literal address of the post office as my own. I had no idea. They explained but never complained.

I had to figure the cheapest way to send my items for Christmas but I wasn't sure what I should do. I think his name was Stedman, he was very polite and quick. He weighed my items with zip code and even packaged everything for me. He was wonderful!
